How do you run the Impact Review?
We look at your communications the way your audience would. We check what’s clear, what’s confusing, and what’s missing. That might mean reviewing your reports, LinkedIn posts, website, or onboarding emails.
Is this based on qualitative or quantitative data?
It’s primarily qualitative. This expert review focuses on how your communications are structured, how clear the message is, and whether the visuals support it. We can also bring in quantitative data like clicks or engagement for websites or social media to back it up when useful.
Do you use dashboards or tracking tools?
No. The audit is not about heat maps or traffic charts. It’s a clear, outside review of your communications by someone who understands policy audiences and how they take in information.
How long does it take?
It depends on how much you want us to review. A focused audit can take two weeks. A deeper one takes longer. We agree on timing up front and keep it realistic.
What should we do with the results?
Talk about them. Share the findings internally. Decide what’s worth acting on and who needs to be involved. That conversation is where momentum starts. Without it, nothing moves.
We’re a small team. Will this give us more work?
No. The recommendations we provide are not something extra for your to-do list. We help you see what matters and where to focus. And if you want support to carry it forward, we are here to help.
